Elsa Durcan | President Elsa Durcan is a senior in Morse College majoring in Physics (Int.) and History of Science, Medicine, and Public Policy. Outside of WiP+, she's a lead of the undergraduate aerospace association's Project Liquid which is designing and building Yale's first bi-propellant rocket engine. Places you might find her around campus include the IM soccer fields, the CEID late at night, Wright Lab's CAD room, the Morse buttery, or the Graduate writing papers. |

Ana Maria Melián | Treasurer & Study Hall Chair Ana Maria Melián is a Trumbull College junior from New York City majoring in Astrophysics and Applied Physics. She is highly interested in cosmology, experimental astrophysics, and instrumentation. Ana Maria works in the Newburgh group at Wright Lab on drone-based calibration of 21cm radio telescopes and peer tutors for Physics 180. Otherwise, you can find her scaling rock walls with the Yale Climbing Team, playing the cello with the Berkeley College Orchestra, practicing French on Duolingo, or eating in WiP study hall. |

She is particularly interested in Physics Education Research and hopes to make that the focus of her PhD studies.
