2023-2024 Board

	Elsa Durcan \| President she/her Elsa Durcan is a senior in Morse College majoring in Physics (Int.) and History of Science, Medicine, and Public Policy. Outside of WiP+, she's a lead of the undergraduate aerospace association's Project Liquid which is designing and building Yale's first bi-propellant rocket engine. Places you might find her around campus include the IM soccer fields, the CEID late at night, Wright Lab's CAD room, the Morse buttery, or the Graduate writing papers.
	Ana Maria Melián \| Treasurer & Study Hall Chair she/her Ana Maria Melián is a Trumbull College junior from New York City majoring in Astrophysics and Applied Physics. She is highly interested in cosmology, experimental astrophysics, and instrumentation. Ana Maria works in the Newburgh group at Wright Lab on drone-based calibration of 21cm radio telescopes and peer tutors for Physics 180. Otherwise, you can find her scaling rock walls with the Yale Climbing Team, playing the cello with the Berkeley College Orchestra, practicing French on Duolingo, or eating in WiP study hall.
	Camille Chiu \| Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) & Social Media Chair she/her Camille Chiu is a sophomore from College Station, TX in Pierson College majoring in Physics & Philosophy. In addition to studying dwarf galaxies with Professor Marla Geha, you can find her doing ballet, reading French feminist philosophy, and playing bananagrams with her suitemates.
	Rachel Merrill \| Community Liason she/her Rachel is a senior in Trumbull College and an Eli Whitney Student. She is particularly interested in Physics Education Research and hopes to make that the focus of her PhD studies. Outside of the classroom Rachel is involved with Academic Strategies, a peer tutor for PHYS 180/181, and the Eli Whitney Student Society. She has also recently discovered the world of K-Dramas and is a huge Taylor Swift fan.
	Sofia Fausone \| Assistant Treasurer & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Chair she/her Sofia is a senior in Grace Hopper College majoring in Physics and Math + Philosophy. She is interested in applying machine learning and theory to biophysics, and enjoys cooking and drawing in her free time.
	Lexi Murray \| Social Media and Web Developer she/her Lexi Murray is a senior in Branford College majoring in Physics (int). She enjoys all physics, but is especially interested in particle physics. Outside of this, she also enjoys creative writing and poetry.
